Can I request samples before a production order?
Yes. Samples cover model review, configuration and accessory checks, packaging discussion and your own testing before bulk. Availability, lead time and shipping cost depend on the model, and we confirm those when you ask.
Do you support OEM or private-label food waste disposer projects?
Yes — for the disposers and the matching accessories. That can include your logo, packaging design, manual language, product-label content, accessory planning and model-specific documentation.
What payment and trade terms do you support?
These follow the order, the destination and the volume. Tell us the quantity, the shipment destination, and whether you want FOB, CIF or another arrangement, and we’ll quote against it.
