A 900ml P.M DC Garbage Disposal for 3/4 HP Product Lines

D200 is a DYNA Series 900ml P.M DC garbage disposal with EZ Mount installation. It can be supplied in 1/2 HP and 3/4 HP versions: the 1/2 HP version is rated at 370W and 3500 RPM, while the 3/4 HP version is rated at 560W and 3800 RPM.

The 900ml chamber gives D200 more grinding capacity than the 800ml D100 while keeping the same P.M DC motor platform and selectable power structure. It is suitable for residential sink waste handling programs that need a compact-to-midrange disposer option with 1/2 HP and 3/4 HP choices.

D200 supports dishwasher connection, air switch compatibility, wireless switch compatibility, overheat protection, overload protection, and 60–70 dB noise range. Buyers should confirm the selected horsepower version, EZ mounting kit, sink flange parts, discharge elbow, stopper, splash guard, voltage option, plug type, power cord requirement, switch accessory needs, carton language, and OEM / ODM packaging before production.

EZ Mount Garbage Disposal Installation Checks

The following is a short EZ Mount installation check for D200. It is not a full installation manual. Electrical connection should be handled by a qualified electrician, and the final mounting kit should match the confirmed order configuration.

  1. Check the mount assembly parts before installation. Confirm the sink flange, rubber gasket, fiber gasket, support ring, mount ring, cushion mount, splash guard, stopper, and discharge elbow parts before working under the sink.
  2. Seat the sink flange and support ring. Use the correct gasket or putty method for the sink material, then tighten the support ring so the sink flange does not move.
  3. Fit the cushion mount and mount ring. Install the cushion mount in the correct direction and make sure the mount ring can move freely before the disposer body is attached.
  4. Prepare the dishwasher connection when required. If the kitchen uses a dishwasher drain connection, remove the knockout plug and connect the dishwasher hose with a proper clamp or stepped adapter if needed.
  5. Attach the discharge elbow. Fit the gasket and discharge elbow to the disposer, then align the outlet pipe before tightening the plumbing connection.
  6. Lock the disposer onto the EZ mount assembly. Guide the disposer projections into the mount ring slots, rotate the disposer into the locked position, run water, and check the flange and elbow areas for leaks.
